Humana Finalizes Acquisition of Arcadian Management Services

Health insurer Humana announced it has completed its acquisition of Arcadian Management Services, a California-based Medicare Advantage plan.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Arcadian’s plans cover roughly 62,600 MA members across 15 states.

In September, Humana also announced plans to acquire MD Care, another California-based MA plan.
