The service is designed to help radiology practices improve performance through two core modules — the incidental findings module and the practice productivity and quality maximization module. The former module’s capabilities include identifying patients who need a follow-up evaluation, as well as carrying out notifications to patients and primary care physicians regarding their care, according to a news release. The latter module helps practices determine patient care and operational improvement areas.
“Deep Dive Analytics is the result of a true collaboration — a merging of the minds between one of HAP’s most innovative radiology practice clients and our group of revenue cycle and healthcare IT experts. The idea was borne out of our mutual desire to enhance patient care in meaningful ways,” said HAP President Jane Knox.
