The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 16, according to a July 23 HCA news release.
HCA released its second quarter earnings report on July 23. The 188-hospital for-profit system posted a net income of $1.5 billion in the three months ended June 30, up from $1.2 billion over the same period in 2023.
