For-profit hospital stock report: Week of Nov. 19-23

Four major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices fall last week.

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare saw the greatest decrease in share price at 4.3 percent.

Here’s how the operators stacked up as of Nov. 23:

  • Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $3.59 per share (down 2.2 percent)
  • HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $134.93 per share (down 3.8 percent)
  • Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $22.47 per share (down 4.3 percent)
  • Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $131.84 per share (down 0.9 percent)
