Among the major for-profit hospital operators, Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the greatest increase in share price at 1.5 percent.

- HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $96.26 per share (up 0.02 percent)
- LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.): $48.00 per share (up 1.4 percent)
- Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $23.70 per share (down 0.04 percent)
- Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $119.64 per share (up 1 percent)
