All five major for-profit hospital operators saw their stock prices fall last week.

Among the major for-profit hospital operators, Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems saw the greatest decrease in share price at 18.6 percent.

Here is how the five operators stacked up, as of Oct. 13.

  • Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.): $5.77 per share (down 18.6 percent)
  • HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): $74.59 per share (down 2.6 percent)
  • LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.): $54.97 per share (down 2.7 percent)
  • Tenet Healthcare (Dallas): $13.15 per share (down 16 percent)
  • Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.): $105.52 per share (down 4.2 percent)
