Fitch assigns ‘A+’ rating to Premier Health Partners’ bonds

Fitch Ratings has assigned an “A+” rating to Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health Partners’ $86 million of series 2016A bonds and $300 million of series 2016G bonds.

The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including Premier’s solid core operating profitability, strong liquidity and leading market position in its primary service area.

The outlook is stable.
