Concurrently, Fitch assigned its “AA-” issuer default rating to Greenwich Hospital.
The affirmation and assignment are based on several factors, including the hospital’s stable market share, favorable payer mix, strong operating profitability and moderate debt burden. Fitch also acknowledged the hospital’s highly competitive market.
The outlook is stable.
