Fitch affirms ‘AA’ rating on Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota

Fitch Ratings affirmed its “AA” rating on Minneapolis-based Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota’s outstanding bonds. Concurrently, Fitch assigned its “AA” issuer default rating to the children’s hospital.

The assignment and affirmation are based on several factors, including the hospital’s strong operating margins, manageable capital spending needs, healthy capital-related ratios and its distinct leading market position.  

The outlook is stable.
