AI Advantage consists of two products, according to a Feb. 15 Experian news release:
AI Advantage-Predictive Denials evaluates each claim and its likelihood of being denied and provides insights to the provider in their existing workflow systems to help determine which items on the claim are the leading cause for denial before submission.
AI Advantage-Denial Triage uses a predictive algorithm that evaluates the probability a denial will be overturned and integrates the probability scores into existing work queues. This allows providers to focus efforts on where they are most likely to see a positive result.
The products can be implemented separately or combined for the pre-claim and post-denial processes, according to the release.
