Plano, Texas-based Community Hospital Corp.’s consulting arm has launched revenue cycle management services aiming to help rural and community hospitals.
CHC Consulting’s Options RCM will offer technology and comprehensive services covering the entire revenue cycle, including front-end processes and verification through billing, denial management and payment validation, according to a Feb. 3 news release.
Hospitals can choose support for specific functions or full outsourcing. Options RCM has contracted with vendors including Optum and Currance.
For hospitals facing staffing shortages or operational inefficiencies, Options RCM provides access to CHC’s revenue cycle specialists, as well as technology to deliver real-time analytics and workflow visibility.
Options RCM key service areas include front-end management, pre-bill processes, billing and follow-up, cash posting, denial management and payment validation.
