Scott Bailey brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations to Muskogee, Okla.-based EASTAR Health System, a 320-bed, two-campus system serving eastern Oklahoma.

Bailey Scott-SmallBefore becoming CFO of EASTAR Sept. 3, Mr. Bailey was CFO of Mat Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, Alaska. Previously, he has also held CFO positions with hospitals in Oklahoma, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. On top of his finance experience, he additionally spent three years as COO for Yuma (Ariz.) Heart, Lung and Vascular Center.

Mr. Bailey holds both a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Phillips University in Enid, Okla.
