The new RCM software analytic tools provide ambulance companies with increased visibility of key performance indicators that allows them to manage their business more profitably. The Schaumburg, Ill.-based company adds EMS-2 to its existing revenue cycle offerings for healthcare businesses.
“Ambulance companies are in the business of saving lives, and all too often collection processes and revenue management become an afterthought,” said CDO Squared President and CEO William Stuckert.
During the software’s testing period, one ambulance company reduced its revenue losses by 30 percent within the first 90 days, according to CDO Squared.
