The partnership aims to help patients with medical expenses for clinical testing. Under the partnership, patients who use Sonora Quest and rack up out-of-pocket charges exceeding $100 will be able to use CarePayment’s 0 percent APR financing solutions, the companies said. They added patients won’t have to fill out an application and won’t see any effect on their credit score.
“We are working with CarePayment to do our part to provide affordable access to much needed laboratory testing. We believe this will help improve testing compliance and lead to better outcomes for patients managing chronic disease or monitoring their overall wellness. The CarePayment partnership offers our patients the financial solutions they need to ensure their health and wellbeing are taken care of,” Sonora Quest CEO David Dexter said.
