The facilities include two 85-bed and 50-bed skilled nursing facilities in Tybee Island and a 131-bed skilled nursing facility in Jeffersonville. Peach Health Group currently operates 11 other facilities in the state.

The three facilities recently became available for sublease after the previous leaser — Hixson, Tenn.-based New Beginnings Care — filed for bankruptcy.

Peach Health Group’s sublease expires in 2027.
