The project includes a three-story building with 45,000 square feet of space, offering family medicine, dental and behavioral health services and a low-cost pharmacy, according to the report. The project is expected to create approximately 46 jobs and keep nearly 30 existing community positions, the report states.

The FQHC has a scheduled completion date of late spring next year. In the meantime, Geisinger Lewistown (Pa.) Hospital is working with PHN to coordinate services, according to the report.
