Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare and Reading (Pa.) Hospital will partner to build a 144-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Berks County, Pa., according to a philly.com report.
Reading Hospital, part of West Reading, Pa.-based Reading (Pa.) Hospital, announced the partnership Tuesday but did not disclose the cost of the project.
The facility will be constructed in Bern Township, Pa., on an 80-acre plot with room to expand. Services include outpatient treatment and inpatient adolescent, adult and geriatric psychiatric care.
The facility is expected to open in early 2019.
