William “Bill” Pack, MBA, FHFMA serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where he provides executive leadership for the health system’s financial strategy, operational performance, long-range planning, revenue optimization, and capital stewardship across the organization’s hospitals, physician enterprise, and affiliated operations.
Pack is a nationally recognized healthcare finance executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in complex health systems, academic medicine, and multi-hospital operations. His expertise includes financial turnaround strategy, operational redesign, physician enterprise optimization, revenue cycle transformation, strategic growth planning, and performance improvement initiatives that strengthen both financial sustainability and patient access. Prior to joining Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Pack served in senior executive leadership roles for regional and multi-state healthcare organizations, including Chief Financial Officer positions overseeing integrated delivery systems, physician networks, and community hospitals.
Pack is known for combining disciplined financial management with a collaborative leadership approach focused on accountability, transparency, mentorship, and operational excellence. He has extensive experience partnering with boards, physicians, executive teams, and community leaders to navigate industry disruption, workforce challenges, reimbursement pressure, and evolving care delivery models.
Pack also serves as co-founder of Marlee’s Smile Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families battling childhood cancer.. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree and has devoted his career to advancing financially strong, patient-centered healthcare organizations that improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve.
