Kelley Curtis, BS Pharm, PharmD, MBA, serves as Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer for St. Luke’s Health System, Idaho’s largest health system. Kelley provides executive leadership for all pharmacy services across the organization. In addition, she assumed oversight of the St. Luke’s Laboratory Center of Excellence and Core Laboratory operations in 2024, expanding her leadership responsibilities to include systemwide laboratory strategy and operations.
Since joining St. Luke’s in 2017, Kelley has led significant growth and transformation across the pharmacy enterprise. Under her leadership, pharmacy services have expanded substantially through the development of specialty pharmacy, home delivery, home infusion, retail pharmacy, ambulatory pharmacy, and centralized pharmacy distribution programs. These initiatives have improved patient access to care, enhanced medication safety and quality outcomes, strengthened financial performance, and created innovative new revenue streams for the health system.
With more than 17 years of pharmacy leadership experience, Kelley has served in multiple integrated delivery networks across the country. Throughout her career, she has focused on building high-performing teams, advancing clinical pharmacy practice, improving operational excellence, and developing innovative care delivery models that improve outcomes while ensuring responsible stewardship of healthcare resources.
Kelley earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, her Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University. Originally from Massachusetts, her career has taken her across Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, and ultimately Idaho, where she has lived and worked since 2017.
Kelley is a nationally recognized healthcare leader and has been named among Becker’s Healthcare’s “Chief Pharmacy Officers to Know.” She is passionate about advancing the profession of pharmacy, improving medication access, and ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. She currently serves on the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Board and supports several community organizations, including the Idaho Foodbank.
Outside of work, Kelley enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Sophia and Aniston, painting with acrylics and traveling.
