The medical center has been using Meditech’s EHR but is now transitioning to Epic. For services received post-May 5, patients must use Epic’s My Health Connection patient portal to access their records. However, the Meditech EHR will be available to patients until Aug. 1 for all records related to services received before May 5.
Through Epic’s EHR system, patients can review medical information as well as schedule appointments, renew and refill prescriptions and get in touch with their provider.
