Hospitals and clinics will be able to collect patient surveys through Epic’s MyChart, with the goal of accelerating the time between feedback and action. Press Ganey will identify issues delivered through the patient feedback surveys and use natural language processing and automation to notify the right teams in Epic.
Early adopters of the expansion include Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., and NYU Langone Health.
