North Carolina health system to switch to Epic

New Bern, N.C.-based CarolinaEast Health System is moving to an Epic EHR system.

The health system said it will roll out the new EHR system on Nov. 30. 

“Transitioning to Epic electronic health record will allow patients to move seamlessly across our entire system, as well as the country,” Michael Smith, president and CEO of the health system said in a Nov. 11 news release.
