EHR consultant Leidos Health acquired: 4 things to know

Leidos Health, LLC, Leidos’ EHR consulting business, will rebrand as part of health IT recruitment and management firm Ettain Group’s practice.

Four things to know:

1. Ettain Group announced Oct. 23 that it will acquire Leidos Health, LLC, which provides services for EHR implementations, optimization and go lives as well as commercial healthcare staff augmentation. 

2. Leidos Health, LLC, will be rebranded as Ettain Health, along with Ettain’s health IT practice.

3. Ettain also will acquire Global Employment Solutions, an IT and professional staffing services provider for commercial and government customers.

4. Through the acquisitions, Ettain will comprise a combined network of more than 3,000 employees and consultants.
