The features — which will be available through the Health app in the latest operating system update for iPhones and iPads, and via the Mindfulness app on Apple Watches — allow users to track their emotions and daily moods, according to a June 5 press release from Apple.

Depression and anxiety assessments will also be made available in the Health app, and users can create a PDF with their results and connect with mental health resources in their area.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
