Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare has released a new mini-documentary offering an unfiltered glimpse into life inside the intensive care unit.
The film, Rise: Early Mobility in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, is the seventh installment in an acclaimed series produced in collaboration with Medscape and Emmy-winning filmmaker Jeffrey Teitler of Envision Films. The documentary takes place inside the ICUs at Hartford HealthCare and Hartford Hospital.
The series has earned two Emmy Awards, a Digital Health Award, and has been featured at the American Public Health Film Festival.
