Pennsylvania health system partners with talent acquisition app

Enola, Pa.-based Pam Health has joined the AtlasJobs workforce acquisition app platform.

AtlasJobs is a careers platform that uses artificial intelligence to reach talent in specific locations. The app is available on the Apple and Google Play stores, according to a Nov. 6 news release from tech company Pod, which created the platform.

“Finding and hiring the right talent is mission-critical to us,” Pam Health Chief Transformation Officer Kristen Smith said in the release. “AtlasJobs allows our jobs to be easily discoverable by talent all over the United States and the artificial intelligence and geo-targeting capabilities will allow us to discover new talent and nurture candidate relationships like never before.”
