Mr. Binder is the former chief technology officer of Cityblock Health. His appointment comes as Ophelia Health looks to move beyond its startup phase, according to the Aug. 22 company news release.
In his new position, Mr. Binder will work to improve Ophelia’s electronic medical records system. Mr. Binder also will manage a team of engineers and product designers upgrading Ophelia’s technology.
