Marshall Health Network, based in Huntington, W.Va., is partnering with healthcare AI company Notable to expand online scheduling and patient registration for primary care services.

The health system said the new tools allow patients to schedule select appointments online and complete registration paperwork before arriving for visits, streamlining check-in and reducing wait times. The initiative is designed to support more efficient clinic operations while offering patients a more convenient experience, according to a March 18 news release.

The rollout includes Notable’s inbound scheduling, registration and intake workflows, which integrate with existing clinical systems to automate administrative tasks. Health system leaders said the technology is intended to help staff spend less time on manual data entry and more time on patient care.

The partnership launched in February with pilot sites across the network and is expected to expand to additional primary care clinics in the coming months. Marshall Health Network said it will also assess whether to extend the tools to other service lines and locations based on feedback from patients and staff.
