The minimum wage increase, which went into effect Jan. 9, affects about 200 employees.
The incentive program includes a payout that’s dependent on patient experience, quality of care and employee engagement.
“We know our employees have a choice about where they work — and we are committed to investing in and supporting each of our team members,” the health system said in a statement, according to the Enquirer.
