Texas' University Medical Center CEO Receives $117K in Incentive Pay for 2010 Goals

Jim Valenti, CEO of University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, received approximately $117,000 in incentive pay for meeting job performance criteria in fiscal year 2010, according to an El Paso Times report.

Mr. Valenti's incentive pay came in addition to his base salary, which sat at $424,216 for the 2011 fiscal year, and retirement benefits of $14,871.50. Health insurance benefits, including long-term disability, life, accidental death and dismemberment, dental and vision, totaled $18,325.30. Additional benefits in his employment contract came to another $14,622.82.

Mr. Valenti also received annual allowances of $6,000 for his car, $78 for parking and $1,860 for his cell phone.
