• Michael Connelly, JD, CEO of Catholic Health Partners in Cincinnati: $2.3 million
• James May, CEO of Mercy Health in Cincinnati: $1.1 million
• Thomas Urban, CEO of Mercy Health-Fairfield Hospital in Cincinnati: $613,098
• Lynn Oswald, former CEO of Fort Hamilton (Ohio) Hospital: $435,000
• James Kingsbury, CEO of University of Cincinnati Health: $321,433 (hired in the middle of 2010, so only partial compensation total)
• Kevin Joseph, MD, CEO of West Chester (Ohio) Hospital: $259,605
