The raise puts Mr. Nathan’s salary in the 50th percentile of all hospital/health system CEO salaries in the country.
Lee Memorial recently cut $125 million from its 2013 budget, and ending management bonuses and incentives for executives were proposed within the budget’s framework. It has yet to be determined if that plan will go into effect.
