Additionally, the board extended Mr. Earley’s contract through fiscal year 2013. Scott Fisher, the board chairman, said Mr. Earley was originally hired in Feb. 2009 at the lower end of the hospital executive salary scale. The raise will put Mr. Earley’s compensation in the lower 30th percentile among other CEOs at similar-sized hospitals.
