Trampas Hutches. CEO of Melissa Memorial Hospital (Holyoke, Colo.). At age 16, Mr. Hutches began his career in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant. Since then, he has risen through the ranks and now serves as CEO of Melissa Memorial Hospital, a position he took on in February. Throughout his time in healthcare, Mr. Hutches has worked on everything from revenue cycle improvement plans to architecture selection and facility design. He previously served as COO and CIO of Kremmling, Colo.-based Middle Park Medical Center.
