Ms. Floria has served as CFO of IU Health Goshen since 2008. Under her leadership, IU Health Goshen has targeted receivable, bad debt, and financial assistance eligibility. Today, Ms. Floria is working to improve the accuracy of the hospital’s accounting software data inputs, analyze the price elasticity of the local market, investigate price pressures and develop a new pricing strategy. Before being named CFO, Ms. Floria was assistant vice president and director of finance at Goshen (Ind.) Health System, now IU Health Goshen. She earned a master’s degree in accountancy from Manchester College in North Manchester, Ind., and an MBA from Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind.
