Neerav Jadeja. Administrator of Paradise Valley Hospital (National City, Calif.). When Mr. Jadeja was a child, he and his mother survived a car accident. Following the accident, his mother received low-quality healthcare and had to suffer through pain for years. The incident piqued Mr. Jadeja’s interest in healthcare, and for the past five years, the 38-year-old has served as administrator of 291-bed acute care Paradise Valley Hospital. Prior to joining Paradise Valley, Mr. Jadeja served as COO of Lake City, Fla.-based Shands Lakeshore and COO of Murrieta, Calif.-based Southwest Healthcare System’s Inland Valley and Rancho Springs Medical Centers.
