Larry Goodman, MD. CEO of Rush University Medical Center (Chicago). A man wearing many hats, Dr. Goodman is the CEO of Rush University Medical Center, president of Rush University, president of the Rush System for Health and principal officer of the Rush board of trustees. He is also a clinician, researcher and medical educator. After earning a medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, he joined Rush as a resident in 1977. Dr. Goodman’s medical research is focused on infectious diseases, especially gastrointestinal infections for HIV-positive patients.
