Mr. Baier will lead the panel discussions on “Hospitals and the Next Four Years, Where should Leadership Focus Their Energies” and “The Best opportunities and Biggest Threats to Hospitals and Health systems,” at the event, where a group of approximately 600 healthcare leaders will gather.
Mr. Baier serves as the anchor of Fox News Channel’s “Special Report with Bret Baier.” It is the No. 1 cable news program in its time slot. He took over as anchor from Brit Hume in 2009.
Mr. Baier has also served as chief White House correspondent, where he reported on presidential activities from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, he served as a National Security correspondent. He has reported from Iraq 12 times.
Throughout his career, Mr. Baier has secured numerous exclusive interviews with government officials. He has interviewed President Obama, former President George W. Bush, Vice President Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. He has also spoken with political leaders around the world.
Mr. Baier joined Fox News Channel in 1998. He is a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind.
