UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh opened an expanded Express Care location in its main hospital.
UPMC Children’s Express Care, located on the first floor near the hospital’s main lobby, has nine exam rooms and a designated waiting area, according to a Nov. 2 system news release. It provides timely evaluation and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries that do not require ED level care. The location offers expanded hours to include evenings and weekends.
This is UPMC Children’s 12th Express Care location throughout Pennsylvania.
