The new clinic, which opened Nov. 8, is across the street from the Sentara CarePlex Hospital and is staffed by therapists and advanced practice providers. The clinic offers in-person and virtual appointments for self-referred patients and patients referred from hospitals and primary providers, according to a Nov. 27 system news release.
Sentara is looking to add more clinics to the region and will open an outpatient center in Charlottesville, Va., in the spring, according to the release.
