Prospect ACO CA is a subsidiary of Prospect Medical Holdings, which operates 13 acute care and behavioral hospitals in southern California, South Central Texas and Rhode Island. In January 2016, it was selected by CMS as a Next Generation ACO. Prospect ACO CA currently operates in four California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino.
