Phoenix Children’s, HonorHealth collaborate on pediatric care

To expand neonatology care access in Arizona, Phoenix Children’s is sharing its neonatologists with three medical centers part of Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth, according to a June 16 news release. 

Phoenix Children’s now provides neonatal care at the level III NICU at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center and the level II nurseries at HonorHealth Mountain Vista in Mesa, Ariz., and HonorHealth Sonoran Crossing in Phoenix. 

HonorHealth patients will also have access to consultations with more than 75 pediatric subspecialties from Phoenix Children’s, according to the release. 

This collaboration increases the number of hospitals staffed by Phoenix Children’s neonatologists to seven throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
