Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Baltimore has completed a $9 million renovation project, according to a Bmore report.

The hospital redesigned and expanded its neonatal care unit by 10 beds, allowing it to accommodate 100 to 150 more patients each year, according to the report.

The expanded neonatal care unit was designed to care for babies who could leave the pediatric intensive care units at local hospitals but were not ready to go home, according to the report.
