The second project is a 24,000 square-foot health center near Florida Hospital DeLand and will include physician offices, an imaging center, a women’s center, a rehabilitation center and a laboratory, according to the report. Completion is expected by Aug. 2010.

The final project is a one-story medical building near Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City, Fla., which will house a range of outpatient services for the hospital. Construction is expected to begin later this year, according to the report.
