Enroll UX 2014, which provides a consumer interface designed to help future users navigating state health insurance exchanges, will be released today and made available to all states.

Enroll UX 2014 is a public-private partnership between participating states, the federal government and eight national and state healthcare foundations, which have collectively provided $3 million to fund the tool, according to the report.

Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, every state must have a health insurance exchange by January 2014. States that choose to not establish a framework for an exchange will receive an HHS-created one.
