The library, called “Promising Practices,” includes free short summaries of RWJF-funded interventions for patient safety; staff satisfaction and retention; emergency department operations; readmissions and care transitions; disparities; and patient satisfaction and engagement.
RWJF released the library as part of its Care About Your Care month-long initiative that focuses on improving care transitions, reducing avoidable hospital readmissions and improving overall quality of care.
