CMS Creates Technical Assistance Resource for Coordinated Care

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is creating a resource center to provide technical assistance for states trying to deliver coordinated care to high-need, high-cost beneficiaries, according to a CMS news release.

The resource center is designed to support states moving towards coordinated care models. The center will offer needs assessments, aid in program design, help in sharing best practices across states and other technical assistance.
