CMS: $32M Available to Enroll Children in Medicaid, CHIP

CMS announced $32 million in grants is now available to public entities and private community organizations with approved proposals to identify and enroll children eligible for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

Grants as high as $1 million each will be awarded beginning in June to groups with qualified health plans to improve enrollment of those eligible for public health benefits and training programs. Applications will be accepted through Feb. 21.
