Cleveland Clinic will join the provider network of 22 Health — a health marketplace division of Broward Health and Memorial Healthcare System’s Community Care Plan — in 2026.

The agreement, effective Jan. 1, will give 22 Health members access to about 12,000 caregivers across five Cleveland Clinic hospitals and 40 outpatient centers in Broward County, Fla.

22 Health is part of Community Care Plan, a health plan jointly owned by Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health and Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Healthcare System.

“Cleveland Clinic is pleased to welcome 22 Health as part of our extensive network of medical coverage, expanding access to world-class, compassionate care in Florida,” Conor Delaney, MD, PhD, president of the Cleveland Clinic Florida market and executive vice president of Cleveland Clinic, said in a Nov. 26 news release. “This relationship underscores our ongoing commitment to advancing healthcare and expanding access to care across the region.”
