The $9.2 million phase one includes a 4,869-square-foot building addition, preoperative and postoperative bays, a new GI suite and two 600-square-foot operating rooms.
Approval from the BJC HealthCare Board for the second phase is still pending. Phase one is expected to be completed by March 2014, according to the report.
